• Former U.S. Representative John E. Sweeney has become counsel at Albany firm Tully Rinckey, where he will focus on federal sector employment, labor law and congressional investigations. Mr. Sweeney, a Republican, served four terms in Congress before being defeated by Kristen Gillibrand in November 2006.
