He will focus on civil and criminal actions involving environmental law, maritime law and land-use litigation. Previously, Darmody was a partner at Shook, Hardy & Bacon.
Glaser, Weil, Fink, Jacobs, Howard, Avchen & Shapiro (Los Angeles): Joseph Fletcher and Paul Salvaty join the firm as partners in the Los Angeles office. Fletcher will focus on tax law, specializing in corporate and international taxation issues. Salvaty will focus on the prosecution and defense of business disputes. Previously, Fletcher was a partner at Morrison & Foerster, and Salvaty was a partner at O’Melveny & Myers.
