BOISE, Idaho (AP) — A Boise attorney who sought to change a plea agreement after being charged with bilking an elderly client of $150,000 has changed his mind, again.
The Idaho Statesman reports Rick Bergeson asked District Judge Richard Greenwood on Tuesday to lock in the original plea agreement, which called for restitution and a three- to 10-year prison term for taking a $1,100 retainer from a client after his license was suspended.
