Two small law firms have signed leases at 5 Hanover Square in lower Manhattan.
Earlier this month, education law firm Thivierge & Rothberg relocated to 3,000 square feet on the 12th floor of the 25-story luxury office building owned by Savanna between William and Hanover streets. The firm, which has three attorneys and two staff, had leased temporary office space for more than three years at 140 Broadway through Regus, an office solutions provider.
