Appellate services provider Counsel Press, an affiliate of The Dolan Company, will be moving its New York City offices farther west to 460 W. 34th St., at 10th Avenue. Its 10-year lease at 520 Eighth Ave., about four blocks away, is set to expire on Sept. 29.
Under a new 10-year lease, Counsel Press will have 21,000 square feet, a large portion of the fourth floor, at the 21-story, 528,520-square-foot 34th Street building. The property is also known as the Master Printers Building.
