LABATON SUCHAROW (New York): Jordan Thomas joins the firm as partner in the New York office to launch a whistleblower-representation practice that will focus exclusively on representing individuals who report violations of federal securities laws. Previously, Thomas was assistant director and assistant chief litigation counsel in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement.
