Manhattan-based Duval & Stachenfeld has secured 50,057 square feet and locked into a current market rate for office space that it will occupy in February 2013. The law firm has signed a 13-year direct lease at 555 Madison Ave., the Coates Building, at East 56th Street.
Duval & Stachenfeld will be leaving a 46,000-square-foot space at 101 Park Ave., at East 40th Street, after its sublease expires in early 2013. Founded in October 1997, the firm has 55 attorneys, including several newly hired lawyers, and has a small Los Angeles office.
