A state court employee on Long Island will leave his job next week to become the top judge in his native Bardados.
Marston C. D. Gibson, a Nassau County Supreme Court attorney-referee who has practiced law in the United States for 20 years, will become the chief justice of the Caribbean nation and president of its Court of Appeal on Sept. 1.
