Whit Bissell has joined VLP Law Group as a partner in its corporate and securities practice. Formerly with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Bissell has broad transactional and corporate governance experience and focuses on startup and growth technology companies. He earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 1998.
The National LGBT Bar Association named Enrique Monagas to its 2011 “40 under 40″ list. Monagas, an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, is a member of the Gibson, Dunn team representing the plaintiffs in the pending federal constitutional challenge to Proposition 8. He focuses his practice on antitrust, appellate, crisis management and complex litigation matters and graduated from UC-Berkeley School of Law in 2005.
