Court proceedings over Bank of America’s increasingly embattled mortgage-backed securities settlement just got even messier, thanks to David Grais.
Just days before today’s deadline for investors to intervene in the New York state court proceedings to approve the $8.5 billion deal, the Grais & Ellsworth partner on Friday moved to remove the suit to Southern District Court in Manhattan on behalf of his Countrywide bondholder clients, a group of investors sharing the name Walnut Place.
