A contract dispute between the owners and managers of a luxury hotel in Hawaii has ended up in the courtroom of a judge of Manhattan Supreme Court’s Commercial Division.
On Sunday, the owners of the $250 million Waikiki Edition hotel staged what Marriott International Inc. described as “an overnight raid,” ousting Marriott in favor of new management.
