• Willkie Farr & Gallagher has added two partners from Bingham McCutchen to its corporate and financial services department: Neil W. Townsend and David B. Cosgrove. Mr. Townsend, who co-led Bingham’s private equity practice, and Mr. Cosgrove represent private equity funds and others in structuring, negotiation, financing, implementation and restructuring of leveraged buyouts and other investments.
• Proskauer Rose has added Geoffrey T. Raicht as a partner in the bankruptcy and restructuring group. The former co-head of McDermott Will & Emery’s restructuring/insolvency affinity group, Mr. Raicht represents debtors, creditors, lenders, board members, receivers, and foreign administrators and liquidators, as well as private equity and venture capital funds, in Chapter 11 cases and restructuring matters.
