Two ex-workers at a Long Island company can proceed with claims that a co-worker’s expletive-laced outbursts created a hostile work environment and forced them to quit their jobs, a federal judge has decided.

Vickiann Notaro and Stephanie Lem sued Fossil Industries, a sign and graphics manufacturer, on allegations that the failure of executives to punish employee Steven Bianco for his profane language and gestures resulted in a hostile work environment and constructive discharge of the two women.
