• Dickstein Shapiro has added Frederick R. Fucci as a partner in the energy practice. Mr. Fucci, who focuses on corporate and commercial transactions and the development and financing of infrastructure projects in the United States and abroad, was a partner at Arnold & Porter.
• Hodgson Russ has named Cathy Fleming as the managing partner for the New York office, effective Jan. 1. She assumes the position from John Catterson, who has served in the role since 2005. Ms. Fleming, a business litigation lawyer, joined Hodgson Russ in 2009. Mr. Catterson will return to full-time practice in the trusts and estates group.
