After standing vacant for nearly a decade, the redevelopment of 470 Vanderbilt Ave., between Fulton Street and Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn, has attracted two tenants seeking large spaces.
The owner, GFI Development Company, has signed a 20-year lease with the Human Resources Administration of New York (HRA) for 400,000 square feet and two 25-year leases with the League Education and Treatment Center and Carl Fenichel Community Services Inc., an affiliate of the League, for a total of 77,148 square feet.
