ALBANY – A disputed confession following a nearly10-hour taped interrogation that became the focus of an award-winning documentary is at the center of a high-profile baby-killing case on this afternoon’s docket of the Appellate Division, Third Department.

The justices will hear the appeal of Adrian P. Thomas, a Rensselaer County man serving a 25-year-to-life term for murdering his 4-month-old son in 2008.
