Melvin Blackmon conditionally pled guilty to one count of bank robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a), reserving his right to appeal the district court’s*fn1 denial of his motion to suppress. The district court sentenced Blackmon within the Guidelines to 63 months’ imprisonment. Blackmon appeals the denial of his motion to suppress and contends that his sentence is procedurally flawed. We affirm.
