Two days after learning that the American Bar Association had denied it provisional accreditation, the Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law has filed a federal lawsuit, claiming the ABA violated antitrust laws when it "arbitrarily and capriciously denied" accreditation. In the 1990s, another law school sued the ABA on similar grounds, forcing reforms of the accreditation process.
