The International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) has signed a 15-year lease at 529 Fifth Ave., located at the southeast corner of East 44th Street, and will be expanding its New York City headquarters. The global accounting organization will be leaving 545 Fifth Ave., only one block away, in February.

IFAC has taken 26,962 square feet, an entire sixth floor and a portion of the fifth floor at 529 Fifth Ave., nearly double the square footage than it previously leased.
