A chart that appeared in the New York Law Journal on Jan. 4 with an article, “OCA Sees Fewer Judges Leave Bench in 2011 Than Prior Year,” listing the names of judges who left the state bench in 2011 due to retirement, resignation or death, incorrectly included the names of several judges who switched their positions after the November elections to the Supreme Court. Johnny Lee Baines, Timothy Dufficy, Rudolph E. Greco, Pam Jackman-Brown and Ira H. Margulis are now on the Supreme Court bench. Two judges on the list, Penelope Clute and Dennis M. Cohen, left the bench in 2012. The names of Gerard M. Rosenberg and Michael L. Nenno were misspelled. The corrected list appears below.
