Zuckerman Spaeder has more than tripled the size of its Manhattan offices by relocating to 1185 Avenue of the Americas, between 46th and 47th streets, from 1540 Broadway.

The litigation firm was a tenant for about five years at the Broadway building, also known as the Bertelsmann Building, where it leased nearly 7,500 square feet.
