MLG CAPITAL ASSETS LLC In this action to recover legal fees the Court must determine, among other things, the following two questions: (1) is a corporations obligation to keep the Secretary of State advised of their current and correct address applicable to a limited liability company, and (2) is a limited liability company entitled to the additional notice afforded a corporate defendant prior to entry of a default judgment.
