WOOLLEY v. BROADVIEW NETWORKS, INC. Isaiah F. Woolley and Robert Coles brought this action against their former employer Broadview Networks, Inc., under Title VII and other federal, state, and local antidiscrimination laws, alleging that they were subjected to unequal conditions and terms of employment, and, in Woolleys case, subsequently fired, because of their race and/or in retaliation for their complaints of discrimination. Woolley additionally alleges that Broadview violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by failing to provide a reasonable accommodation while he was afflicted with insomnia and sleep deprivation, and by terminating his employment because of his disability status. Defendant now moves for summary judgment on all claims. The motion will be granted in part and denied in part.
