• Thomas A. Cohn has joined LeClairRyan as a partner in the antitrust, corporate, consumer financial services and compliance, investigations and white-collar groups. He will be resident in the firm’s expanding New York City office. Mr. Cohn, a former Federal Trade Commission official, was of counsel at Venable.
• SNR Denton has added three attorneys to its New York tax practice from DLA Piper. David M. Hryck and David A. Mason join as partners, while Sheila Geraghty joins as counsel. Mr. Hryck will be the firm’s U.S. head of international tax.
