• Sahn Ward Coschignano & Baker in Uniondale has added two partners. Wayne G. Edwards, who is also counsel to state Senator Charles J. Fuschillo Jr., focuses on zoning and land use planning, real estate law and transactions. He was a partner at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara & Einiger. Brian S. Stolar, who concentrates on zoning and land use planning, real estate development, municipal law and litigation, joins the firm from Harras Bloom & Archer, where he was counsel. He is also village attorney for the Village of Sea Cliff.
• Jeffrey M. Sullivan has joined Hunton & Williams as a partner in the real estate capital markets practice. A former partner at DLA Piper, he advises investment banks, public companies, including REITs and their boards of directors, private investment funds and other private businesses on capital raising, investment and other transactions.
