A Legal funding company has failed in its attempt to sue a competitor over the rights to legal fees assigned to both entities by an attorney who was later disbarred and incarcerated.
RD Legal Funding, affiliated with RDLF Financial Services, and Esquire Capital Corp. provide funds to attorneys in exchange for the assignment of legal fees.
