Polsinelli Shughart has relocated its New York City office to 805 Third Ave., at 50th Street. The Missouri-based law firm has inked a 63 month lease for about 6,100 rentable square feet with Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation. The firm’s previous location was 7 Penn Plaza, where it leased 500 square feet.
Right now, the firm’s New York office has a single full-time attorney, a bankruptcy rights and creditors litigator. Two shareholders split time between New York and other locations, according to the firm’s website. However, it plans to add at least six attorneys in New York, said Dan Flanigan, chair of the firm’s financial services and real estate departments, who splits his time between Kansas City and New York.
