• DLA Piper has added Richard Reilly as a partner in the global investment funds practice. Mr. Reilly, who was global co-head of White & Case’s securitization group, focuses on investment fund formation in the United States and Europe, and represents credit-oriented hedge funds and private equity-style funds.
• Selig D. Sacks has joined Foley & Lardner as a partner. He will co-chair the firm’s U.S./China corporate practice and be a member of the transactional and securities practice. He was China practice co-chair, head of the corporate practice and a member of the executive committee at Pryor Cashman.
