• Jones Day has added Ilene Froom as a partner in the banking and finance practice. She was executive director and assistant general counsel at JPMorgan Chase Bank.

• Goldberg Segalla has added four litigators to its Garden City office from MacKay, Wrynn & Brady. Dennis J. Brady joins as a partner; James P. Gilroy and Edward K. Kitt join as special counsels; and Gary A. Marshall Jr. joins as an associate. James J. Wrynn, a founding partner of MacKay Wrynn and the former executive director of the New York State Insurance Fund, recently joined Goldberg Segalla.
