Legal research company LexisNexis announced that it will acquire Portfolio Media, the parent of legal newswire Law360.
Terms of the deal, which calls for Law360 to continue to be run as a standalone business, were not disclosed. Law360 co-founders Marius Meland and Magnus Hoglund will remain at the helm of the business.
