In one of the largest lease deals so far in 2012, Havas, a global marketing and communications network, has signed a 15-year lease for about 256,000 square feet at 200 and 205 Hudson streets. The France-based media group will be consolidating its New York City offices to Hudson Square. The properties were leased through Trinity Real Estate, an affiliate of the owner, the parish of Trinity Church.
Euro RSCG Worldwide, a division of Havas, will be leaving Trinity’s 350 Hudson St., where it has been a tenant for about 20 years. Other offices that will be consolidated at 200 and 205 Hudson are media services group MPG, part of Havas Media, from 195 Broadway, and advertising agency Adrenaline from 110 Fifth Ave. Havas will begin the rebranding of Euro RSCG as Havas Worldwide in September.
