Dominique Strauss-Kahn, the former head of the International Monetary Fund, has failed to convince a state judge that he is immune from a sexual assault lawsuit filed against him.

Bronx Supreme Court Justice Douglas McKeon (See Profile) yesterday declined to dismiss the civil case stemming from Strauss-Kahn’s alleged conduct in New York while he was the head of the international organization.
