This year’s New York Law Journal 100 rankings document the calm before the storm that broke in New York’s legal industry with the collapse of Dewey & LeBoeuf.
Collectively, the total number of full-time equivalent attorneys in the city’s 100 biggest practices dropped slightly to 21,066 in 2011. That figure incorporates both full- and part-time attorneys.
