Four real estate partners from SNR Denton have joined Hunton & Williams, focusing on commercial real estate finance: Brett Gross, Peter Mignone, Donald Simone and Mitchell Williams.
Mignone said his group brought two associates and the firm would like to add more real estate attorneys. With the new hires, Hunton will have 12 lawyers in New York handling estate transactions with “a number of others offering tax and capital markets services,” said partner Carl Schwartz, who chairs the New York real estate practice. “We expect to be about 20 real estate transactional lawyers in New York in the not too distant future.”
