Holland & Knight: Stuart Saft joins the firm as co-chairman of the firm’s New York real estate practice group and will focus on major acquisitions, deal structuring, financing, leasing and condominium conversions and workouts. Previously, Saft was a partner at Dewey & LeBoeuf.
Loeb & Loeb: Steven Kornblau and David Kostman join the firm’s real estate department as partners in the New York office. Kornblau will focus on commercial real estate law, and Kostman will focus on office and retail leasing, construction and development and the purchases and sales of real estate. Previously, Kornblau and Kostman were, respectively, a partner at, and counsel to, Bryan Cave.
