Gibbons added two attorneys in its New York office as directors, William Moran and Peter Flagel. Moran, who was at McCarter & English, joined the firm’s business and commercial litigation department. Flagel, previously a director at Carter Ledyard & Milburn, joined Gibbons’ corporate department.
Cahill Gordon & Reindel added Herbert Washer as a partner in the litigation practice. Washer joins from Shearman & Sterling, where he was a partner and served as the litigation group’s deputy practice group leader.
