Nearly three years after McDermott Will & Emery beat back an antitrust class action against international paper products giant Stora Enso North America, the plaintiffs’ case is back on track.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit revived price-fixing claims against the company on Aug. 6, ruling that a judge was wrong to grant a defense motion for summary judgment in December 2010.
