Outten & Golden has been awarded attorney fees and costs exceeding the $3.5 million settlement the firm negotiated to resolve claims that the Gristedes supermarket chain failed to pay overtime to its workers.

Southern District Judge Paul Crotty (See Profile) granted the lion’s share of a fee request made by the law firm after it settled the dispute with Gristedes under the Fair Labor Standards Act and New York Labor Law.
