Patrick Sinclair has been promoted to a deputy chief in the general crimes section of the Eastern District U.S. Attorney’s Office. Sinclair, who joined the office in 2007, was an acting deputy chief in the section.
Brian Cohen, of counsel at Foley & Lardner and chair of its New York real estate practice, was named a co-chair of the firm’s senior living industry team. Cohen and Milwaukee partner Russell Ryba will guide a team in representing providers of independent senior housing, assisted living, skilled nursing facilities and continuing care retirement communities.
