Supreme Court Justice O. Peter Sherwood (See Profile) told the feuding ex-partners of the dissolved Arkin Kaplan Rice at a court conference last week that they were “losing money” by being in court and suggested they find a way to communicate and resolve issues themselves.
Stanley Arkin and his partner Lisa Solbakken brought suit last month on behalf of Arkin Kaplan Rice against Howard Kaplan and Michelle Rice and their new firm, Kaplan Rice.
