Carlton Fields, a 300-attorney firm with offices in Florida and Atlanta, has opened a New York office with six attorneys from Rosner & Napierala, including name partners Brian Rosner and Natalie Napierala.
Carlton Fields had been exploring a New York office for about six years, said firm president and chief executive officer Gary Sasso. “It became increasingly evident that we needed to be in New York. Our lawyers are spending a lot of time there,” Sasso said.
