Robinson & Cole has added Steven Schoenfeld as a business litigation partner. He was a partner at Dorsey & Whitney.
Squire Sanders has hired Eric Cowan and Glynna Christian as partners in the corporate transactions, finance and governance practice group. The two, who will be resident in both New York and London, were at Winston & Strawn, where Cowan was the global chair of communications, media and technology and Christian was global chair of sourcing.
