ESTATE OF JORGE PEREZ, Deceased (2011/137/A/B/C) — The court grants this unopposed petition by the administrator of the estate of decedent Jorge Perez to compromise for $50,000 the action brought for decedent's wrongful death and conscious pain and suffering. The administrator seeks to allocate the proceeds solely to wrongful death. No reimbursement for funeral expenses is sought, but statutory commissions are requested.
