PEOPLE, ETC., res, v. RAHMAN WILSON, ap — (IND. NO. 2956/09) Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of Supreme Court, Kings County (Guzman, J.), rendered September 3, 2010, convicting him of murder in the second degree (two counts) and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and sentencing him to consecutive indeterminate terms of imprisonment of 25 years to life on the convictions of murder in the second degree, and to a concurrent determinate term of imprisonment of 15 years, followed by a term of 5 years of postrelease supervision, on the conviction of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.

ORDERED that the judgment is modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, by reducing the sentences imposed upon the defendant’s convictions of murder in the second degree to consecutive indeterminate terms of imprisonment of 20 years to life; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed.
