ASSESSOR res — (INDEX NOS. 4693/05, 5193/06, 5542/07, 6502/08, 7193/08, 7809/09, 8840/10)In related tax certiorari proceedings pursuant to Real Property Tax Law article 7 for the tax years 2005 through 2010, the petitioner appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Garvey, J.), dated April 15, 2011, as granted those branches of the respondents' motion which were to vacate the notes of issue and to dismiss the petitions for review of the 2005 and 2006 tax assessments and to dismiss the petitions for review of the 2009 and 2010 tax assessments, and denied that branch of its cross motion which was for leave to correct the tax map identification numbers in the petitions for review of the 2009 and 2010 tax assessments.

ORDERED that the order is modified, on the law, on the facts, and in the exercise of discretion, (1) by deleting the provision thereof granting that branch of the respondents’ motion which was to dismiss the petitions for review of the 2009 and 2010 tax assessments, and substituting therefor a provision denying that branch of the respondents’ motion, and (2) by deleting the provision thereof denying that branch of the petitioner’s cross motion which was for leave to correct the tax map identification numbers in the petitions for review of the 2009 and 2010 tax assessments, and substituting therefor a provision granting that branch of the petitioner’s cross motion; as so modified, the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements.
