ANNUAL ACCOUNT OF KEVIN J. FLYNN AND MARIANNE FLYNN, AS GUARDIANS OF ELIZABETH ANNE FLYNN, (137 G 2002/A) — In this guardianship proceeding, the developmentally disabled person’s guardians have filed their annual account, which is also a final account, as all assets of Elizabeth Anne Flynn ("Elizabeth") have been transferred to a supplemental needs trust established for Elizabeth’s benefit, the Elizabeth Anne Flynn Supplemental Needs Trust #1 (the "SNT"). Petitioners seek, inter alia, judicial settlement of their account; authorization of the payment from the SNT of legal fees for former counsel, Gallagher, Walker, Bianco, and Plastaras, LLP, in the amount shown on Schedule C-1, Unpaid Administration Expenses; authorization of the payment from the SNT of accounting fees of Skinnon, Faber & Heck, CPAs, P.C., in the amount shown on Schedule C-1; authorization of the payment from the SNT of the fee awarded the guardian ad litem in a prior proceeding; authorization of the payment from the SNT of the legal fees of petitioners’ current counsel in the amount shown on Schedule C-1; authorization of the payment from the SNT of unpaid funds due the guardians and commissions to the guardians, all as shown on Schedules D and I; and that the surety bond be discharged.

Jurisdiction has been obtained over all interested parties. No one, other than the guardian ad litem, has appeared in opposition to any of the relief requested. A guardian ad litem was duly appointed to represent the interests of Elizabeth, a developmentally disabled person, to examine the account of petitioners, bonded guardians, for the period commencing July 16, 2007, and ending December 31, 2009. The guardian ad litem appeared and consented to act as such, and thereafter filed objections.
