Patton Boggs has added Shawn Creedon as a partner in the corporate finance group. He joins from Silver Point Capital, where he was a senior analyst. His experience includes principal investing, bankruptcy and restructuring and tax planning, and he focuses on middle market finance transactions.
Andrew Hulsh has joined Dechert as a corporate partner. Hulsh, who focuses on complex domestic and cross-border private equity and M&A transactions, was a partner at Mayer Brown, where he was coleader of the North American private equity practice.
