Mehta, Brijender Batra, and Pulmonary Consultants, P.C., doing business as Pulmonary Consultants, appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Walsh II, J.), dated December 21, 2011, as denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them, the defendant Good Samaritan Hospital of Suffern, N.Y., Inc., separately appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of the same order as denied its motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against it, and the defendants Eva Fischer, Anupama Pani, and Steven A. Klein, M.D., P.C., doing business as Healthmed Plus, separately appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of the same order as denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.

ORDERED that the order is modified, on the law, (1) by deleting the provision thereof denying the motion of the defendant Good Samaritan Hospital of Suffern, N.Y., Inc., for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against it, and substituting therefor a provision granting the motion, and (2) by deleting the provision thereof denying that branch of the motion of the defendants Eva Fischer, Anupama Pani, and Steven A. Klein, M.D., P.C., doing business as Healthmed Plus which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against the defendant Eva Fischer, and substituting therefor a provision granting that branch of the motion; as so modified, the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements.
