ESTATE OF WILLIAM MARTIN, Deceased — In this accounting proceeding the petitioner seeks, inter alia, relief against an attorney who represented her previously in her capacity as administrator of the estate. Jurisdiction was not obtained over all necessary parties and a supplemental; citation will issue as to them; however, the respondent attorney who appeared was granted an extension to serve and file objections to the relief requested, and such objections were filed. The parties who appeared were apprised that the issues relating to the attorney's fee will appear on the ready for trial calendar of the court after jurisdiction is obtained over all necessary parties and after the parties comply with Uniform Rules for Surrogate's Court (22 NYCRR) §§207.29 and 207.30.
