ESTATE OF MARY WUKOVITZ, Deceased — In this estate the fiduciary of the estate of the now deceased executor petitions for letters of administration, c.t.a. and also to be appointed successor trustee of a lifetime trust of which the decedent was the settlor and the deceased executor was nominated as the successor trustee. In the absence of any appearance in opposition, the application for letters of administration c.t.a. is granted and such letters shall issue to the petitioner upon her filing a bond in the sum of $99,000. The petitioner failed to establish that any practical purpose would be served by appointing a successor trustee for the lifetime trust. Accordingly, this decision constitutes the order of the court denying that application without prejudice should there be a practical reason for the appointment of a successor trustee in the future.
